Ann Marie Hembree, 59, of Locust Grove, passed away Friday Nov. 8, 2013 at Mary Washington Hospital. She was born On Aug. 21, 1954 in Richmond, VA to Wilson B. and Martha (Tomlin) Freeman. Ann married Gerald K. Hembree on Jan. 16, 1974. They made their home in Fredericksburg, before moving to Locust Grove area over 30 years ago. She was a homemaker, and of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include: her Husband Gerald; 2 sons; Bryan and Sean Hembree; 1 Daughter, Taunya Holstein; 1 brother; Rocky Freeman; 1 Sister, Lisa Freeman; 7 grandchildren and a host of other relatives. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister Sharon Thurman.
Visitation will be held on Monday Nov. 11, 2013 from 10 to 12 noon, with funeral services at 12 noon with Rev. Amos Healy officiating, at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania, Va.
