Anne Elizabeth (Clubb) Meloy

Anne Elizabeth Meloy, of Sposylvania, 86, died Thursday Oct. 3, 2013 at Mary Washington Hospital. She attended the University of Louisville and was a member of Kappa Delta, later serving as State President.

Mrs. Meloy was named Professional Model of the Year in 1960 in South Bend, Indiana. She was registrar for 20 years at Robinson High School in Fairfax, VA, and moved to Fredericksburg in 1990.

Mrs. Meloy is survived by two daughters, Linda Smith of Leesburg, VA and Debra Elmegreen of New York, sons-in-law Bruce Elmegreen and David Smith, and grandchildren Lauren Rafelski and Scott Elmegreen. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Thurston Meloy, Jr. Funeral services will be held Tuesday Oct. 8 at 11 am at Quantico National Cemetery.
