Arthur J. Frey, age 68 of Spotsylvania, passed away on June 8, 2012 at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Thelma Frey, his wife, Carolyn Higgins Frey, and one grandson, David Bailey.
Mr. Frey is survived by his daughter Angela Bailey and her husband Greg of Spotsylvania; his brother, Ronald Frey and his wife Sharon of Chapin, SC; a sister, Robin Mallow and her husband Earl of Cabins, WV; his mother-in-law, Dollie Higgins of St. Marys, WV; six grandchildren, Brandon Frey, Anthony Figueroa and Sam, Mary and John Bailey; two great-grandchildren, Jaycie Bailey and David Bailey, one nephew Scott Frey and his wife, Nicole and their children Isaac, Lillian and Riley; niece Heidi Mutter and her children Nicholas Mutter, Alex Mutter-McGuinn and Violet Mutter-Mullins and niece Heather Thomas and her son Christopher Simpson.
