Barbara Ann (Jacopino) Gatto, 71, of Locust Grove, VA passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, April 19, 2018. She was born on January 9, 1947 to Dominick Charles and Jean (Guarino) Jacopino in The Bronx, NY. Barbara married George Anthony Gatto, Jr. on September 8, 1973 in Mamaroneck NY and was a military wife who worked various jobs while raising their 4 children for over 23 years while George served in the US Air Force. They moved to the Locust Grove area in 2004. Survivors include her husband, George; two sons, David (Sherine), Daniel; two daughters, Jennifer Robertson (Jason), Stephanie Santana (Henry); brother, Robert Jacopino; sister, Joyce Rapacioli; three grandchildren, Derek, Dominick and Darianna. The family will receive friends and family at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Monday evening, April 23rd from 6 pm, until 8 pm
