Barbara A. Nestor, age 74 of Unionville, died Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at Mary Washington Hospital. Born in Washington, DC, she was a daughter of the late John and Laura White Vieth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Nestor, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Mrs. Nestor was a homemaker, and a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by three daughters and sons in law, Paula and Gene Lawson, Tammy and James Smith, and Vicki and Randy Lisenby; grandchildren, Barbara, Norvel, Brian, Angela, Brandy, and Michael; nine great grandchildren; 3 sisters; her very special companion Robert Sias, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00pm Friday, April 18, 2008 in the chapel of Laurel Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Roach officiating. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 - 1:00pm, prior to the service.
