Bennie Ray Short Jr passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022 in Fredericksburg, VA. Bennie was born in Virginia on August 4, 1974. He enjoyed baseball and was a fan of motorcycles, being an avid member of the 1% Motorcycle Club.

Bennie is survived by his loving parents, Bennie R. Short Sr. and Edna A. Short; his children, Kendall Short and Steven Short; and his sisters, Patsy Mason and Theresa Chandler.

Friends are welcome to come support the family on Monday, May 23, 2022 from 6PM to 8PM. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 12PM followed by a graveside service at 1PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Rhoadesville Baptist Church.
