Brad went home to be with the LORD on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021. Brad enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating at Lake Anna with his family. Above all Brad loved the Lord and his family and friends. He was always there for his family and friends when they needed him and he will surely be missed by them as well as all the other good times they had together with him.

Brad was employed by Washington Gas at the Springfield, Virginia location and took personal pride in his occupation. He was a very active member of Flat Run Church in Locust Grove, Virginia.

Brad is survived by his loving wife, Jen Carter; cherished children, Katelyn and Kelton; brother, Corey (Linh) Carter, and his nephew, Liam; parents, Marjorie Ann and Kelton Carter, Jr.

This verse below gives our family solace in the promise of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We know that Brad is now in his Father's house and we ourselves will be in the future as well, with both of them!

Relatives and friends are invited to Brad's visitation at Flat Run Church, 2533 Flat Run Road, Locust Grove, VA 22508 on Wednesday, November 24, from 12 PM until time of service at 1 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Flat Run Church in Brad Carter's name. If you wish to send flowers, you may have them delivered to Laurel Hill Funeral Home, 10127 Plank Road, Spotsylvania, VA  beginning Tuesday, November 23rd. Please do not send them earlier than specified.
