Carol Ruth "Toots" Capozzi, Age 76, of Locust Grove, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Mary Washington Hospital. Toots is the loving wife of David Capozzi, devoted mother of Thomas Capozzi, Carleen Fontana, Caryn (Bryan) Warfe and foster child Darrel Fales; cherished nana of Gabrielle Capozzi, Connor Capozzi, Isabella Capozzi, David Cassidy, Eli Warfel, Jack Warfel and Dawson Warfel. She is also survived by her father, George Liparini.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Liparini and son-in-law, Chris Fontana.

Relatives and friends are invited to Toots' visitation at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, 10127 Plank Rd., Spotsylvania, VA on Tuesday, March 30th 2021 from 10 AM until time of service in the chapel at 11 AM. Interment will follow in the Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
