Partlow - Carroll (Donnie) D. Samuel, 72, passed away peacefully at home on March 09, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones .  He was born March 21, 1951 in Caroline County, VA the son of Adelle Samuel and Robert Acors (step-father).

Donnie graduated from CT Smith High School, Class of 1969.  Following graduation he married his high school sweetheart, Marylou Hart, and they settled in Partlow.  They celebrated 49 wonderful years of marriage. He enjoyed being on the open road as a tractor trailer driver for 50 years and loved riding his motorcycle. He loved his family and friends and will be dearly missed.

He is predeceased by his parents Robert and Adelle. Surviving in addition to his wife Marylou are his daughters Angie Ripley and her husband Dennis Ripley, Holly Buffalo and her significant other Greg Salcido, five grandchildren, Marshall Fitzgerald, Draven Ripley, Deven Buffalo, Teegan Buffalo and Araya Ripley, two great grandchildren, Jace and Lily Fitzgerald, one sister Maryann Harris as well as many nieces and nephews and countless friends.

At his request we will have a celebration of life in honor of him on March 23 at 1pm at the family home, 3715 Moonshadow Ln Partlow, Va 22534. Those who wish to celebrate his life please join us at that time.
