Charles Jennings Parry (Chuck), age 76 of Spotsylvania , VA, passed away October 10, 2021. Born in Los Angeles, CA to Eugene and Charlotte Parry. He was a 19 63 graduate of McCall-Donnelley High School in McCall, ID . Soon after high school, Chuck join ed the US Navy and enjoyed a 23- year career , retiring as a Lieutenant . He loved the Navy, serving his country, and was never shy about sharing stories of his time aboard ship. Chuck had a second career as a Logistician for the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, DC, retiring in 2009 . I n retirement, Chuck spent time working on cars, found a love of camping, and was actively involved in the Rappahannock Choral Society since its inception . He had a n outgoing personality and rarely went anywhere without making a new friend .

Chuck is s urvived by his wife of 3 4 years, Susan Parry of Spotsylvania, VA ; his daughters Janet Parry and Lisa (Michael Jr.) Spellman of Nashville, TN; his step-son Aaron (Kathy) Miller of Mine Run, VA and step-daughter Rachel (Bill ) Pratt of Locust Grove, VA; grandchildren Michael Spellman III, Jack Spellman, and Anthony Spellman; step-grandchildren Jacob Miller and Hannah Miller; sister Diana (Jim) Garot
