Charlotte Ann Orr, 75, of Fredericksburg, VA passed away peacefully at her home on, Tuesday, May 19, 2020.  She was born on December 21, 1944 in Columbus, GA to the late James and Claudia Blue.  She was the loving and devoted mother of Kenneth (Shannon) Orr of Fredericksburg, VA and Teri (Tim) Spaar of Pace, FL.  Charlotte was the sister of Gene (Sheila) Blue, Kay Peters, Rick (Jennifer) Blue and Sandra Blue.
She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren Chris (Amanda) Spaar, Wesley Orr, Stephanie Spaar, Kirsten Orr, Christina Orr, Kassidy Orr, Austin Spaar, Alden Orr, Elizabeth Spaar, Hannah Spaar, Ayden Frail, Rhea Spaar, Autumn Orr, Victoria Orr, Mirabella Orr, Arabella Orr, Gavin Spaar, and Carly Spaar.

Her celebration of life will be held at Christian Life Church 4401 Avalon Blvd, Milton, FL 32583 on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at 3 pm.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
