Clyde Spencer Carter, 92 of Fredericksburg, died Friday, January 29, 2010, at Mary Washington Hospital.
Born in Roanoke, Virginia, he was the son of the late William Austin and Carrie Gertrude Moore Carter.
Mr. Carter was an attorney, and a USAF veteran.
He is survived by his wife and children, and numerous other relatives and friends.
A graveside service and inurnment will be conducted at 11:00am Saturday, June 19, 2010, in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
Mr. Carter and his family are in the care of Laurel Hill Funeral Home, 10127 Plank Road, Spotsylvania.
