Mrs. Dale Cain, age 57 of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Born in Washington, DC, she was a daughter of Eric and Mary Cordovilla Keates.
Mrs. Cain was a homemaker and always thought of others before herself. She was a loving wife and devoted mother, and, in addition to her parents, is survived by her husband of 3 years, Jeff Cain; sons and daughters in law, Bryan and Michelle Lester, Stuart and Kelli Lester, Sidney and Jessica Toombs; step daughter and son in law, Jennifer and Tim Buchanan; step sons, Josh Cain and Michael Cain; 10 grandchildren; sisters and brothers in law, Diana and Rick Thompson, Eileen and Peter Habib.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Friday, June 20, 2008 in the chapel of Laurel Hill Funeral Home, 10127 Plank Road, Spotsylvania. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00pm, prior to the service in the chapel. Inurnment will be at a later date in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an education fund for Mrs. Cain's grandchildren at 1st Market Bank of Fredericksburg.
