Deborah Carol Heck, (Age 70), of Clinton, MD. formerly of Fredericksburg, VA, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital Center.  She is survived by her brother, Edward Heck and his wife, Rita, and  sister, Teresa Dempsey; stepbrothers, Steve Dempsey, former Sheriff of King George County and his wife Charlene, Rev. Carlin Dempsey and his wife Linda. Due to COVID restrictions services will be private at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Fredericksburg, VA.
