Dolores Sypien
Dolores Sypien, 86, of Fredericksburg, passed away Thursday October 27, 2011 at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA.
She was born on May 2, 1925 in Montpelier, Idaho, the daughter of the late, Sylvester and Philomena Busco. She retired years ago as a wiring technician with the DDC company in Long Island, NY. She was an avid reader and especially loved to cook. She was a traditional lady and a great Mom.
Mrs. Sypien is survived by husband Adam Sypien of Fredericksburg, her daughter Patricia Thurston and her husband Vincent of Fredericksburg and her son Joseph Sypien and his wife Sharon of Woodbridge, her five grandchildren, Adam, Andrea and Andrew Thurston and Jenny and Joanna Sypien.
A Memorial Service will be conducted 2:30 PM Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania, VA. Interment will be in the Laurel Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
