Donald Hubert Harris JR. age 71, passed away peacefully at his home in Spotsylvania, Va on April 9th 2026.

 Donnie was born in Bridgeton, NJ. to Donald Hubert Harris Sr. and Eunice Rogers On January 14, 1955. He is survived by his wife Violet, children-Scott Cairns (Stephanie), Brad Cairns (Jessica), Mark Cairns (Kara), and Lori Raines (Eric) -Step-mother Janice Laws, siblings Ronald Harris (Charlene), Frank Harris (Sue), Mark Harris (Donna), Paula Dixon (David), Paul Laws, Kathleen Winter (Paul), Chuck Rogers and numerous nieces and nephews. Donnie cherished the time spent with all of his grand children - Hunter (Callie), Lexy (Mason), Lyla, Eli, Leah, Jesse and Ella. 

He was preceded in death by his stepfather John Laws, siblings Jeffrey Scott and Nancy Dale, and grandparents Elizabeth Harris, Eleanor Craner and Earl Gandy. 

Donnie was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran and adored the American Flag and bald eagles. He was a "jack of all trades" and car enthusiast -especially the antiques. His sense of humor, knowledge, and love for his family will be forever missed.
