Donald H. Miller
Donald H. Miller, 78, of Spotsylvania County died Friday, Nov. 6, 2009.
Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., he was the son of the late Henry and Kathryn Mentzer Miller.
Mr. Miller was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Korea as a military police officer. A loving father and grandfather, he was an avid fan of NASCAR and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Stella M. Miller.
Survivors include three sons, James P. Miller of Spotsylvania, Donald M. and his wife, Ramona L. Miller, of Freedom, Pa., John M. and wife, Donna S. Miller, of Partlow; and six grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, in the chapel of Laurel Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Shultz officiating.
Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mary Washington Hospice.
Mr. Miller and his family are in the care of Laurel Hill Funeral Home, 10127 Plank Road, Spotsylvania.
