Dorothy Elizabeth (Mallison) LaPole, 92, of Locust Grove, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018.  Dorothy was born on July 6, 1926 in Maryland.  She married Thomas Benjamin LaPole on August 28, 1963, and they made their home in Locust Grove in 1972, after Thomas retired from the federal government.  Dorothy had worked as a nurses aide. Survivors include two sons, John G.E. Ambrose (Sharah), David L. LaPole (Tammy); two sisters Ruth Diepold, Sylvia Rawley (Paul), two grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas.

Memorial services will be held at Laurel Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 2 p.m.
