Dorothy M. McBride, wife of Robert L. McBride, Sr., who lived at Lake of the Woods, passed away on January 19, 2004 at Carriage Hill Nursing Home.
Survivors are her daughter Betty Ann Keenan and her husband Robert; three sons, Robert L. McBride, Jr. and his wife Mary Anne, Thonas L. McBride and his wife Elissa, and Stephen L. McBride;p seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, one brother Thomas Burke and his wife Peggy; one sister Eleanor Rose.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 22, 2004 from 5:30 PM till 7:30 PM when there will be a service at Laurel Hill Funeral Home. A mass will be held on Friday, January 23, 2004 at 10:30 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church with burial at Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lake of the Woods Fire and Rescue, 104 Lakeview Parkway, Locust Grove, Va, 22508.
