Edith Mae Bean, 87 of Locust Grove, passed away Sunday Sept. 8, at her home.
Edith was born Jan. 30, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband Dewey L. Bean.
Edith is survived by her daughter, Diane Timmons, of the home, nephew Howard (Diane) Rivenburg and great niece Sarah (Chris) Hollars, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Thursday Sept. 12, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Laurel Hill Memorial Park, Spotsylvania, VA with Hospice Chaplain Darryl Williams officiating. Written condolences may be mailed to Diane Timmons P.O. Box 350 Locust Grove, VA 22508.
