Obit for Edward W. Rector, Sr.
Edward Wilson Rector, Sr., 63, of King George, VA, died Tuesday March 1, 2005 at Mary Washington Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Bertha L. Rector of 29 years, his mother, Francis T. Rison, his two sons, Daniel Rector and Edward Rector Jr., his daughter, Linda Bowling his four brothers; William, Donald, Thomas and Michael Rector, his two sisters; Marion Howard and Rosalie Margelos. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; Nicole, Justin, Amanda, Corey, Ethan, Brittany, Emily and Christian. He was preceded in death by his son Shawn Rector, who is greatly missed by those that love him.
Funeral Services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2005 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania, VA. Officiating will be Rev. Michael Harper. The family will receive friends on Friday March 4, 2005 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
