Eleanor Catherine Achille of Spotsylvania, VA passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Eleanor was born on June 19, 1927, to George and Helen Cook (Spadacene) in Erie, PA.

She is survived by her brother, Raymond Cook; her daughters, Eleanor Lois Wallace (Russell) and Susan Carol Hodges (Donald); her son, Louis Ronald Achille (Kathy); her grandchildren, Brandon, Allison, Laura, Shannon and John; and 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis J. Achille; her daughter, Mary Catherine Achille; her brothers George Cook and Ronald Cook; and her grandchild, Christina.

A memorial mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Matthews Catholic Church, 8200 Robert E Lee Dr. Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA 22551 on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 2PM. The inurnment will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Erie, PA at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Matthews Catholic Church.
