Elsie D. Wilbur, 85, of Fredericksburg/Dale City passed away Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014 at the home of her son Wayne.
Elsie was born on April 18, 1929 to Randolph Arthur and Katherine Garnett Dewey in Arlington, Va. She was preceded in death by her 2 sisters; Elizabeth and Esther and 3 brothers; Alton, Henry, and Arthur.
She married George C. Rinker in 1950; he preceded her in death in 1962. She married Charles R. Wilbur in 1966; he preceded her in death in 1995. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda De Long and sons Wayne Rinker (Diane) and Wyatt Rinker (Nancy) and Laura, Candice, Amy, Jodi and Judi and 4 great grandchildren; Alyssa, Brandon, Talen and Ava.
