Floyd Miller Collins, 67, of Locust Grove, passed away Friday, July 29, 2005 at the Prince George Hospital in Maryland.
Mr. Collins was a Korean War Navy Veteran, retired from the Superfresh grocery store in Culpeper and attended the Rose Hill Baptist Church in Springfield, VA.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Anna Ruth Collins, his five sisters Lucy Emaline Marden of Homosassa, FL, Jane Collins of Knoxville, TN, Ruby Ann Maatubang of Elk Grove, CA., Susie Dodson of Couburn, VA and Virginia Carter of Pensacola, FL, also several nieces and nephews. His brother Fred Allen Collins predeceases him. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, August 8, 2005 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania. Burial will be at Laurel Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm Sunday evening at the funeral home.
