Frances Lee (Berkeley) Woolfolk, 79, of Fredericksburg went home to be with The Lord Saturday Feb. 21, 2015 at Mary Washington Hospital, surrounded by her family and granddaughter Frantwand Lewis.
Frances was born on Feb. 3, 1936 to Clarence Henry and Catherine (Waters) Berkeley.
After retiring from The University of Mary Washington, Frances continued to work for Professional Building Maintenance. She was a member of Shiloh "Old Site" Baptist Church.
France's was preceded in death by her husband Eddie Woolfolk, son London Woolfolk, two sisters; Nannie Brown, & Doris Jean Berkeley, & one brother; Robert Henry Berkeley.
She is survived by two sons, Eddie Jr. (Emma) Caroline County, Gregory (Donna), one daughter, Melissa Stevenson (Richard), one daughter in-law Carolyn, (London deceased); two sisters; Mary Alice Kenny, Shirley Ann Jackson, all of Fredericksburg, Va., also eight grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 27, 2015 at Shiloh "Old Site" Baptist Church, 12 noon. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are in care of Laurel Hill Funeral Home
