Obituary

Frank Angilletta, 86, loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather was born in his home on Erp Street in South Philadelphia where he lived with his parents name and 11 siblings. He attended King of Peace in Philadelphia He joined the Army Reserves of which he served 6 years. Upon his honorable discharge he began his career with Local 1823 Carpenters Union of Philadelphia before marrying his soulmate, the love of his life Norma Cavalieri. They were married for 64 and a half years. They lived the first 42 years in a row home in Folcroft known as Delmar Village where they raised their five children. He was a strong, independent, smart, jack-of-all-trades kind of guy loving boat rides in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. He was a kind selfless man who was always willing to help others and worked hard for his family's success. After his retirement, in 2000 he and his wife moved to Stafford, Virginia where he lived until the day he died. He passed away at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center while being cared for by HCA VA Hospice due to congestive heart failure and pulmonary emboli.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicola Angilletta and Josephine France, his sons Nicola (Nicky) and Kevin Angilletta, nearly all of his siblings with the exception of two. He is survived by his brother Michael Angilletta and sister Theresa Diggins, his son Francis aka Frank Angilletta (Deborah) and daughters Denise Toy-Hoover (Bill), and Dawn Santos (Marcos), his daughter-in-laws Susan Angilletta-Ritter and Kassie Angilletta-Smith, his grandchildren James, Lauren (John), and Christopher (April) Toy, April (Chuck) and Francis (Kristen) Angilletta, Nicola aka Nicky (Melissa) Angilletta, Matthew Angilletta, and Mercedes Ritter, Brandon and Kirsten Angilletta, Daniel and Victoria Santos and 8 great grandchildren Cooper Anthony and Annalise April Toy, Rosalie Emery, Nicola Giovanni, aka Gio, and Genevieve Estelle Angilletta, Allie Marie Angilletta and Sophie Noelle Angilletta, and Leo James Tangradi as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be private.
