George E. Ryals, Sr., age 60 of Fredericksburg, died Monday, June 30, 2008 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Born in Millen, Georgia, he was the son of the late Howard and Essie Burke Ryals.
Mr. Ryals is survived by his wife, Annie M. Ryals; son David Ryals; daughter, Tanya Hall; son, George Ryals, Jr.; 7 grandchildren; five brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm Thursday, July 3, 2008 in the chapel of Laurel Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 2nd from 6:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home.
