Helen Mary Hutton, 74, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Sunday April 28, 2013, at her home with her family at her side.
Helen was born on April 17, 1939 to Walter and Nellie (Mishock) Kubitz in Hazelton, Pa. She graduated from high school in Hazelton. Helen married William S. (Bill) Hutton in May 1958 in Hazelton, and he preceded her in death in 2004.
Helen retired as a Sales Clerk from Sears. She was a member of the St. Mary's Church of the Immaculate Conception in Fredericksburg and volunteered at the St. Vincent DePaul Society Thrift Store.
Survivors include: her daughter Donna and her husband Jerry Gibson; 2 Grandsons
Jerry Justin Gibson and John Paul Gibson; 1 great grandson Trenton Cole Gibson and 1 brother; Joe Kubitz, of NJ. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a son,
William W. Hutton in 2009.
Visitation will be held Wednesday May 1, 2013 from 6 to 8 pm at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania, VA. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday May 2, 2013 at 11 am at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Keith Cummings officiating. Interment will follow in the Laurel Hill Memorial Park in Spotsylvania, VA.
