Jamie Lyn Hoover beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 8th 2025 at the early age of 23.

Born on June 1st 2002 in Bethesda, Maryland Jamie always had a ton of energy and lived her life to the fullest. Jamie had such a gift for making people feel seen and understood, and she stood so strongly for the people and things she believed in. Jamie lit up any room she walked into and filled it with laughter. To know Jamie was to know light, laughter and love. Jamie's soul was rare, she knew how to be a real friend, supportive friend and a positive influential light.

Jamie is survived by her parents, James and Cheri Hoover; her sister Erin Tatman; brother-in-law Shawn Tatman; nephew Waylon Tatman; and her future niece Lainey Tatman along with several extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents George Gilbert, Regis Hoover and Sali Perry.

At the end of the day Jamie, our Hero, saved 5+ people's lives and positivity impacted their families as well.
