John Thomas Steinberger, 84, of Spotsylvania County, VA., passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 8th, 2021, with family by his side. Loving husband of 56 years to Gladys Jeannette Steinberger, devoted father of John Paul Steinberger (Amy L.), and Michelle Steinberger; cherished grandfather of Loran E., Hanna E. and Christopher J. Steinberger.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Steinberger, Sr. and Edna Gates Steinberger and siblings, Theodore Steinberger, Jr. (Marilyn), Ralph M. Steinberger (Mary), Allen Steinberger (Marge) and Mary Hermans;

Relatives and friends are invited to John's visitation at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, 10127 Plank Rd., Spotsylvania, VA on Monday, May 17, from 1-2 PM.

A graveside service will be held at Fairfax Memorial Park, Braddock Rd., Fairfax, VA on Tuesday, May 18, at 12 PM. Please meet at the Administration Building by 11:50 AM.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
