Johnny Charles Stump, Sr. of Lignum, VA passed away at his residence on Tuesday, June 22, 2010. He was the son of the late James and Annie Martin Stump. Surviving is his wife of 40 years Shirley Ann Stump. Also surviving are two sons John C. Stump, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Culpeper, VA and Shawn Stump and his wife Melisa of Unionville, two brothers Mickey Stump and his wife Donna of Front Royal, VA, Jerry Martin and his wife Mag of Marion, VA. One sister Linda Bowers and her husband Roger of Alabama. Three grandchildren Chole Stump, Heather Stump and Hunter Stump.
Family will receive friends at Laurel Hill Funeral Home on Sunday evening from 5pm - 8pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Roger Bowers officiating.
