Joseph A. Anzalone, 90, of Cape Canaveral, FL. and of Lake of the Woods since 2005, passed away Wednesday June, 29, 2011 in Florida.
Joseph served his country as a Tech Sergeant in the Air force and also served in the Navy and Coast Guard.
He is survived by his beloved wife Ellen Anzalone of Locust Grove; he was the step-father of Deborah Spears of Warrenton, John Yarborough of Warrenton, Ernest and Kenneth Yarborough of Culpeper, Kathleen Yarborough of Stafford, Brenda Horan and Geneva Yarborough of Florida., 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10 am till 2 pm and 6 pm to 9 pm at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am Friday July 8, 2011 at St. Patricks Roman Catholic Church, Fredericksburg. Internment will be at Quantico National Cemetery at Noon.
