Joseph Fischetti, 75, of Fredericksburg, passed away Friday, December 2, 2005 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Mr. Fischetti was a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the Sons Of Italy and he resided at the Evergreens at Smith Run in Fredericksburg.
He was the husband of the late Priscilla (Pat) Fischetti and is survived by his two daughters and their husbands, Joanne and Alfred Knoll of MA and Julie and Anthony Mandese of Lake of the Woods, his son and his wife, Joseph, Jr. and Paula Fischetti of MA, seven grandchildren, Alfred and Michael Knoll, Jessica and Anthony Mandese, Nicholas, Matthew and Cara Fischetti, he also is survived by his brother, Anthony Fischetti of NY.
A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated 10:00 am Monday, December 5, 2005 at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Spotsylvania. Internment will be Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in the Calverton National Cemetery in Long Island, NY. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday Dec. 4, at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania.
