Judson Wayne Hart, Jr., (Age 71), "Wayne" of Stafford, VA, died on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA. He is survived by his loving children, Patricia Osborne (Mac), of Stafford, VA, Nancy Shepherd, of Fredericksburg, VA, and Kathy Jenkins (Jimmy), of South Carolina; siblings, Cindy Hart (Mike) of Caroline, VA, and Traci Roush, of Spotsylvania, VA. He is also survived by 7 cherished grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Elsie Hart, his parents, Juddy and Doris Hart, 2 brothers, Ricky and David Hart and sister, Norma Jean Kiser.

Relatives and friends are invited to Wayne's Graveside Service at Laurel Hill Memorial Park, 10127 Plank Rd., Spotsylvania, VA on Tuesday, February, 9th at 12 PM. A family gathering will be private before the service due to COVID restrictions.
