Watson, Julia Elsie, (83) Passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4, 2020. Beloved wife of, David L. Watson Sr.; loving mother of, Wanda Ragle (Tom), Sheila Warwell (Harry), Kathleen Nower (Charlie), Ronald Watson (Gie), Rebecca Hernandez (Luis), and Scott Watson (Claire); grandmother of Mandy Rogers, Jason Ragle, Melissa Elsholz, Christopher Warwell (Tyneshia), Julia Watson, Michael Fortson (Suzy), Jackie Watson, Phoebe Watson, Willow Hernandez, Summer Hernandez, Scotty Watson, Jr., Paige Watson; great-grandmother of, Kyle Kerlikowski, Kenneth Ragle, Alexandra Ragle, Trinity Heflin, Cameron Rogers, Cassandra Rogers, Nathan Rogers, Ja'Mia Williams, Christopher Warwell, Jr., Tariq Watkins, Micaela Warwell, Arthur Meyers, Kendal Christon, Frederich Warwell, Lani, Warwell, Clarabella Elsholz, and Mark Fortson. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Shirley Watson and preceded in death by her son, David L. Watson.
