Obituary
Kenneth Leroy Harper, age 55, of Lake of the Woods, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at his residence. He was the son of the late Kenneth Leroy Hamrick and Hazel McRae Hamrick.
Survivors include his wife Misty Mary Harper of Lake of the Woods, one son, Jason Wilson of Illinois, one daughter, Jasmine Mirabile of Bristow, VA; one brother, Roy Hamrick and wife Mandie of Illinois; two sisters, Marion Spencer and husband Ben, and Carlene Alquesa and husband Steve both of Florida.
Mr. Harper was a veteran of the Vietnam war where he served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the American Legion post of Spotsylvania and The Lake of the Woods Church.
Funeral arrangements by Laurel Hill Funeral Home will be private. On-line condolences can be made at www.laurelhillfuneralhome.com.
