Lana Gail Fields Lubore, (Age 75), of Orange, VA; passed away peacefully at Mary Washington Hospital on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Loving wife of the late Lee Roy Lubore; She is survived by her cherished sister, Patricia Holbrook (Richard) of Glade Spring, VA; nieces and nephews,  Natalie Bishop (Robert) of Kingsport, VA, Tony Gibson (Kristie) of Pennington Gap, VA, Christopher Fields (Christine) of Abingdon, VA, Paige Humble (Brandon), Chattanooga, TN, Heath Fields, Knoxville, TN, Jonathan Taylor (Amie) of Lebanon, VA and Aaron Taylor of Lebanon, VA. She is also survived by her devoted step-children, Jack B. Lubore (Karen), of Williamsburg, VA, Carla Kline (Ken), of Chesapeake, VA, David J. Lubore (Linna), Lebanon, OH; step-grandchildren, Justin D. Lubore of Seward, Alaska, Tyler J. Lubore of Chicago, IL, Austin L. Marquardt (Matthew) of New Kent, VA; step-great grandchildren, Reese B. Marquardt of New Kent, VA and her special friends and caregivers.

Gail graduated from Castlewood High School, Castlewood, VA and Radford University. She was a teacher for Orange County Public Schools.

A funeral service will be held at the Laurel Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 10127 Plank Rd., Spotsylvania, VA on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in the Laurel Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum.
