Mrs. Lisa Zagaruyka, age 49 of Locust Grove, died Thursday, April 17, 2008 at the Bethesda Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.
Born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of Francis and Leone Kookla DeCosta.
Mrs. Zagaruyka was a loving wife and mother who loved baking and being with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Paul Zagaruyka; daughter, Elizabeth Zagaruyka; son, Leo Zagaruyka; four sisters, Lee Marie, Linda, Lizbeth, and Laura; two brothers, Howard and Anthony.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 in Rehoboth, Massachusetts.
