Obituary
Louis Hamilton Catrett III, 57, of Fredericksburg, passed away Sunday October 16, 2011 at his residence.
He was born on March 2, 1954 in Washington, DC, the son of the late Louis and Myrtle Catrett. He was employed at Diamond Engineering as a Fire Proofing Estimator. He was an avid horse enthusiast and ATV rider. Lou also was involved with the Chancellor High School Marching band for many years. His humor and love brought a smile to everyone's face where ever he was.
Mr. Catrett is survived by his two son; Louis Hamilton Catrett IV of Tappahannock and David Alexander Catrett of Fredericksburg, his step daughter, Shannon Tyler of Colorado, also his brothers and sisters. He is survived by good friends Caroline and David Servick of Spotsylvania and Ellen and Daryl Maddox of Spotsylvania.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania. Services are private.
