Mable Marceil "Marcy" Brodin gained her angel wings on Thursday March 14th, 2024.

Marcy was born on February 28th, 1948 to Harvey and Marcella Suddeth in St. Joseph County, Michigan.

Marcy was preceded in death by her husband Irvine Keith Brodin whom she lovingly called her "honey wover", her three brothers Melvin, Charles, and Cecil Suddeth, her parents Harvey and Marcella Suddeth.

Marcy leaves behind her oldest brother Sherman Suddeth. Three sons Kevin(Patricia), Jon(Widowed), Douglas(Nyla) Brodin, her daughter Lisa(Jason) Brodin-LaMoy. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved and adored so much!

Marcy served in the United States Navy, where she later met and married Irv. After many years of being a stay at home mom, Marcy reentered the workforce in Missouri as a daycare teacher.

Lovingly known as Mrs. Marcy to coworkers and children whose many lives she touched over a span of multiple decades. After 16 years of employment at Always Sonshine Learn and Play (Formally know as Sonshine Child Care) Mrs. Marcy retired in June 2014.

Throughout her life she always enjoyed going to church, gardening, and spending time with her family. Marcy's big beautiful smile and her beautiful soul will never be forgotten.

Pall bearers will be Kevin Keith Brodin, Douglas Martin Brodin, Alan Keith Brodin, Ronald James Brodin, Alexander Mohammed Brodin, Michael Devon Taylor, and Jack Heflin.
