Obituary

Mark W. Redina, age 82 of Lake Wilderness, Spotsylvania, died Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Carriage Hill Nursing Center.
Born in Czechoslovakia, he was the son of the late Vaclav and Ruzena Redina.
Mr. Redina was a pilot, served in the United States Air Force, and was an Intelligence Operations Officer for the Department of Defense.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Redina on May 15, 2008.
Mr. Redina is survived by daughter, Linda Stange and her husband William, Riverton, WY; daughter, Roseann O'Herien, Canastota, NY; son, Edward J. Scerbo, Spotsylvania; and daughter, Barbie Huff, Spotsylvania; four grandchildren, David Dungey, Jessica Burnett, Julie Stange, and Elizabeth Stange; five great grandchildren, John Burnett, MacKenzie Burnett, Victoria Burnett, Elizabeth Dungey, and Azaniah Curiel-Stange. He is also survived by three step children, Vincent Renzi, Ginger Claus, and Caroline Barry.
Funeral services will conducted at 7:30pm Wednesday, December 3 in the chapel of Laurel Hill Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30pm at the funeral home. Military services and interment will be held on Friday, January 9, 2009 at 2:45 in Arlington National Cemetery.
