Obituary for Mary Jane Lowery
Mary Jane "Sissy" Lowery, 85, of Mine Run, VA, formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at her residence.
Mrs. Lowery was a bookkeeper for the Dizzy Whiz restaurant in Louisville, Ky. for many years
Mrs. Lowery was the daughter of the late Charles and Della Adkins and the mother of the late Charlotte Anne "Speeze" Underwood and is survived by her four grandchildren; Keitha Turner and her husband Charles of Min Run, Kim Jones and her husband Patrick Trimm of Manassas, Karen Nicolet and her husband Christopher of Amissville, and Kevin Underwood and his wife Candice of Culpeper, six great grandchildren; Natalie, Charley, Mary, Zachary, Charlotte and Bobby Kevin, Jr. Her companion John Hurst of Louisville, KY and her dear friend Susan Loughman also survive her.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, May 27, 2005 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania. The family will receive friends fro 7 to 9 pm. Thursday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at laurelhillfuneralhome.com
