Max (Darrell) Kitts, 46, of Fredericksburg passed away suddenly at Stafford Hospital. Max was born on August 19, 1970 to Jerry Wayne and Ruby (Strickler) Kitts, Sr. in Fredericksburg. He attended Spotsylvania High School, and began working in construction with his dad at an early age. Max was a valued employee of Stacey Bilt. He was an avid outdoorsman, member of the NRA, hunting, fishing, and metal detecting. Max was also a jokester, great friend and loved his children beyond measure.
Survivors include his son, Tyler Maxwell Kitts; daughter Logan Kitts; father, Jerry Wayne Kitts, Sr.; mother Ruby Kitts-Jacobs (Jackie); brother Jerry "Bubba" Kitts, Jr.;
and the mother of his children, Susan Graves.
Visitation will be held at Laurel Hill Funeral Home on Saturday June 10, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the funeral services beginning at 1:00 p.m. Friends and family are asked to dress casual or in camouflage. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
