Michael Ray Hogg, 28, formerly of Fredericksburg passed away at his home in Ruther Glen on Thursday November 24, 2016. Michael was born on January 18, 1988 to Kelly R. and Jennifer L. (Sprecher) Hogg in Fairfax, VA. After graduating from Riverbend High School, Michael continued his education at Spotsylvania Career Center, where he majored in Heating and Air Conditioning. Michael married Cori Michelle Jones on October 3, 2009 in Fredericksburg. They were members of LifePoint Church.
Survivors include his wife, Cori; daughter: Madelyn Michelle; parents Kelly and Jennifer Hogg; two brothers; Steven Thomas and Timothy Hogg; sister; Lisa Hogg; maternal grandparents; David and Pat Sprecher; father-in-law and mother-in-law; Ronald and Michelle Jones; several other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania, on Wednesday November 30, 2016 from 6 pm to 8 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 11 am at the Spotswood Baptist Church, Fredericksburg..
