Obituary

Milton Zen-Ling Chang, 73, passed away on November 29 at home. He was born November 9, 1942 in Shanghai, China and grew up in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Milton married Nancy J. Willard of Manassas, Virginia on February 2, 1985.
He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Manassas, St. Mary's of Fredericksburg, and of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Spotsylvania.
He worked several years for Willard Press, Manassas and for the Free Lance Star, Fredericksburg in the packaging department.
His interests were his dogs and cats, and he delighted in cooking up Chinese cuisine for friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Wai Ming and Mary Yuk Chun Chang.

Funeral Mass will be said at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Father Kevin Finian officiating.

Milton is survived by his wife, Nancy; brother-in-law, Garry A. Willard, Jr., sister-in-law, Mary Willard Morrow, and several nieces and nephews.
