Pamela "Pam" June Mullin, 57, of Locust Grove passed away at Mary Washington Hospital on Friday, June 12, 2015.
Pam was born Oct. 3, 1957, to Keith E. and Patricia L. (Bradley) Mullin in New Haven, CT. She graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden, CT. Pam married Kerry Knight on Aug. 28, 1976. She and Kerry have one son, Geoffrey C. Knight.
After receiving a B.S. and M.S. in social work from Southern Connecticut University, Pam earned a law degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, TX.
Pam co-owned a real-estate agency before becoming a national trainer for Century 21. She worked in immigration law in Virginia and moved to Florida, where she taught middle school and cared for her grandmother, "Aunt Pat." Of Pam's jobs, she enjoyed social work most.
In Florida, Pam met and married Kenric F. Ward on Aug. 12, 2010, and they subsequently moved to Virginia.
Survivors include: husband and soul mate, Kenric; son Geoffrey; parents Keith and Patricia Mullin; sister Bonnie Mullin; brother Brad Mullin; and dear friend Kerry.
A celebration of life is planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pam's honor to Sacred Heart Academy, 265 Benham St., Hamden, CT 06514.
