Patricia Ann Griffith, 71 of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Born in Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Powers.
Mrs. Griffith was a homemaker and devoted her life to her family. She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Griffith, and a son, Robert Griffith, Jr.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Griffith; daughter, Anna Valladares; son, Shawn Griffith; son, Eric Griffith; and daughter, Kelley Griffith; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00am Tuesday, April 14, 2009 in the chapel of Laurel Hill Funeral Home with interment to follow in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home.
