Richard K. "Rick" Talbott, 72, of Locust Grove passed away on February 27, 2008 in Richmond, VA.
Rick was the son of the late Leland S. Talbot and Carolyn Peterson Talbott. He was the owner and operator of R.K. Talbott Inc. in Vienna, VA.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Edward Talbott.
Survivors include his wife, Mary S. Talbott; three daughters, Theresa Ann Wright and her husband Duane of Laurel, MD; Vicky L. Hyre of Atlanta, GA; and Saundra Allyson of Locust Grove, VA. Other survivors include 6 grandchildren; Lindsey Ambegia, Courtney Pantelis, Brandon Wright, James Hyre, Jennifer Hyre, Mathew Hyre and his wife Nury; and 2 sisters; Carol Carpenter and Sharon Ayers.
Rick was a loving father, husband, and pappy.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 11:00am at Lake of the Woods Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Lake of the Woods Church and Lake of the Woods Fire & Rescue.
