Rickey Lee Foster, 58 of Fredericksburg passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017 at his home. Rickey was born on May 26, 1958 to Henry and Elva (Foster) Nicholson. Rickey married Vickie Lynn Carr on July 7, 1979 making their home in the Fredericksbrug area. He worked for several years for Sears and then Precision Tunes. He was a passionate mechanic and loved working on cars, his favorite the 1968 Chevelle painted in Vickies favorite color, Purple. Vickie preceded him in death in 1996.
Survivors include his son, Matthew; three daughters; Theresa Knowles (Ryan), Patricia and Melissa Foster; sister, Wanda Foster and 5 grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday January 12, at 11 a.m. at Laurel Hill Funeral Home with graveside services following in Laurel Hill Memorial Park
