He and Rena raised their family in Manassas, VA and they created many special memories living on Chatham Street. He had two passions in his life, one was his family, and the other was playing golf. He and Rena were passionate about attending their sons' sporting events and when that was over, they continued traveling and attending their grandchildrens' events and milestones. His other passion was playing golf and going on his golf trips with his sons, grandsons and many other special friends that he met along the way. After retirement he and Rena moved to Martinsburg, WV where he became a die-hard West VA fan. They later moved to Locust Grove, VA where he lived out his dream by living on a golf course and then having a golf cart to claim as his own. He was a member of the American Legion in Manassas, VA and was a devoted father, husband, and grandfather.
